Adrian Higares is a third-year student of Landscape Architecture at Arizona State University, working toward a bachelor’s degree with a minor in Urban Planning. His primary design focus and special interest is desert appropriate design, plant selection, and landscape maintenance. He has worked for a small, Scottsdale based design landscape architecture firm focusing on improving Green Stormwater Infrastructure in the Phoenix metro area and is now the lead landscape designer at Ocotillo Joe, a budding residential landscape design-build and nursery company.
